WHAT IS WRITING FOR ME?

It’s my pen

What is writing for me? For me, writing is a place where I find the real me. A shelter where no one could cause me troubles and pains. A haven wherein I can feel safe and free. And a home where I belong. I compare writing to that of a pen, which we use to write the story of our lives. We just need some pieces of paper where we can write and express our own feelings. The pen writes both history and our future. And it’s up to us if we will obey the decision dictated by our pen.

DEARKUYA

Most awaited radio drama series

Dear Kuya is now one of the famous radio segment in UNTV 37. This radio program was conceptualized and also being hosted by our very own Kuya Daniel Razon. This radio program where you can send your personal story. The story is being role-played by selected 3rd year AB Broadcasting students of La VerdadChristian College Caloocan. And after the story has been played, Bro.Eli Soriano will give advice and suggestions to the sender and also to listeners.

I already experienced as observer in an actual radio studio taping in Dear Kuya. Meryl and Macky Libradilla endorsed me to be a new actor there in a series episode entitled "Identity Crisis". And GOD willing it will be air on this month. I hope i can do this with GOD'S help. So please help me GOD.

Why am I here in LVCC?

GOD Knows.

Why am I here in LVCC? What is my mission why God has brought me here? Do I have something to help? What is God’s plan for me? These are the questions I had in my mind while writing this. I believe God knows more why I am here.

At first, I never wanted to take up Mass Communication. What I really want is to become a Psychologist. A day after my graduation, a friend of mine invited me to enroll here in Laverdad. I was convinced by him so went together to inquire. It was just one day process: filling out of forms, written exam, panel interview, financial assessment then we were advised to wait for the result if would pass.

       

       After 3 days, I received a text message, “Congratulation, you passed the exam”. That was the start of everything. I began to mingle with new friends, to become pressured for my being late in my first subject, and here I encountered snap at SM Mcdonald’s just because I defended the right thing. But why was I here in laverdad?

       

       GOD knows why I'm here. Maybe GOD has a plan and until now I still defining its cause. But I know that one of my missions here is to share with my classmates the wisdom of GOD I’ve learned with Bro.Eli Soriano andBro.Daniel Razon. In this way I would be an instrument to my classmates who would be saved and will be in GOD.

Christian Living Month

Achi-che

It was a very remarkable event for me. Tears of joy has flowed in my eyes for I’ve never expect to win as a Champion in the Solo Singing Competition and also a Best Interpreter in the ASong of Praise    (ASOP LVCC) song writing competition. My song composition was also chosen as the Song of Year in the said song writing competition. GOD is really so kind to me. Despite of my sins and transgressions he has never left me. Thanks GOD also to my classmates in MCT-13 for the support that you have given me.

Thanks God for the successful Christian Living Month. In one way or the other, it has paved the way for us to be united in our section. In this way, we felt the essence of camaraderie and we also had time to get to know each other. We also had the chance to express our care to one another and help each other. I so thankful to God that I met my classmates in MCT-13. With them, I experienced true fellowship and friendship. I also learned from them the word “Achi-che”. :  )

            This is my dream cellphone that I want to buy. As of now, this mobile gadget cost P10, 000. I like it because its feature was also the same with i-phone 5 and Samsung S3. And one thing that I like it most is just because it has a dual sim and you will not need to buy another phone just to have you an another network.

         

             If I have enough money I will buy this fabulous phone someday and I’m looking forward for it.

AUTHOR:       Victor Hugo - A poet, novelist, and dramatist. His novels are still popular          nowadays “Notre Dame De Paris” (1831) and Les Miserables (1962) are considered his best.          

OPINION:                   I really love this Musical play because when I watched it I felt that I’m also part of it. My favorite scene was when Eponine helps Marius to find Cosette the one he loves. It hurts for Eponine because she also loves his friend Marius but she sacrifices her own feeling.

The best part that I’ve almost cry was when Eponine sung “On my Own” and she sung it very well and whole heartedly. In generalization, this movie/ musical play was the best Musical play that I’ve ever watched and I really appreciate it.

The moral lesson of this movie was “GOD loves us even though we had our lapses, circumstances and short comings, he always has a mercy for us but we must follow his will and commanded”.

AlaySayo

            I really love this song “Alay Sayo” composed by KuyaDaniel Razon. The genre of this song is ballad. And it’s also my genre so that I really appreciate his creation. The lyrics of it were a romantic and very melodic type of song and it has a strong recall. I would say that there’s something that Ballad has and other says that “Ballad power is very strong and cannot defeated”

            

                The best line that I love so much was the modulated part of the chorus;

“Mamahalin kita, yan ang aking pangako

Ikaw ang ala-ala ko laman nitong puso

Hanggang mundong ito ay maglaho

Damdamin kong ito’y hindi magbabago

Pag-ibig ko’y iaalay lamang sayo”

  

Actually this song of our Kuya was my pattern in composing, so that I’ve finished my composition and also my first entry for the Asop La Verdad entitled “Tunay na Ligaya”. Kuya’s composition was very creative and I’m pretty sure that even if it’s a church song, non-brethren would surely love it.
